Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Refunds

• Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Credit Note / Exchanges

• Items can be returned for a credit note or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions

1. Submit a returns request by clicking the link above or emailing us at neighbourhoodjoker.merch@outlook.com.

2. Send your items back within 14 days of submitting your request.

3. Items must be returned in all original packaging, including dust bags, and in ‘as new’ condition.

4. All tags must be intact and not removed.

5. Include your proof of purchase in the package.

⚠️ Important: Items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.
